Boost Your Immune System
Add the following ingredients to a 2 qt. sauce pan:
Bring the water to a boil, lower temperature to low, cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Use tongs to pick up ½ of the lemon and squeeze the pulp into a mug. Use a strainer and pour the tea into a mug . Sweeten to taste with honey and drink it as hot as you can take it.
Drink this delicious tea 2 to 3 times a day for a couple of days and you should begin to feel better.
*If you have a lot of chest congestion, you can add a tablespoon of Rum or Brandy to the tea.
